"Sterkh-2" - surprisingly beautiful and functional knife from the company Kizlyar. The blade made of the Damask steel can brag not only magnificent appearance, but also the excellent cutting qualities. The magnificent handle from an ebony is decorated with brass inserts. The knife "Sterkh-2" Kizlyar is on sale complete with a sheath from genuine leather.
One of the main advantages of knives of this material - ability to long hold sharpening. Products from the Damask steel can brag of high hardness (up to 62 HRC) and rather low fragility. Knives from this material have the excellent cutting properties.

Great looking knife! What steel is used to make the damascus?

Are all Kizlyars made in Russia?
This post has been blessed by the (soon-to-be) patron saint of ABF. Go in peace my child.

    Hi

    Thanks for your question.

Yes, All Kizlyar knives are made in city Kizlyar.

The uniqueness of the Damask steel consists that it is "package" from three grades of Russian steel (constructional steel -Art. 20, tool steel - HVG, bearing steel - ShH15)

    Best regards
