    Latest one off the bench - the "Mad Butcher's Knife"

    This one was a bit different, to say the least! Made to the customer's specifications (one of which was "make it look like something from an old Tom & Jerry cartoon") it's a sizeable beast!

    250mm blade length
    385mm overall length
    135mm handle length
    75mm blade height at heel

    Blade is 52100 carbon steel with a multi - stage forced mustard patina
    Handle is black G10 scales with red G10 liners and brass hardware

    Being delivered in the morning!
