    stonewashed s35vn & carbon fibre

I tried my hand at something a little different ,
a trailing point hunter with stonewashed s35vn and marbled carbon fibre at around 10 1/2 " loa.

the cf was dirty to work with , i didn't realise how much black dust gets everywhere especially during hand finishing (i grind with a respirator and dust extractor)

    anyhow here is the result

    thanks again for looking

    Very VERY nice!
Quantum physics is a bit of a passion of mine. It's extraordinary. There's a branch of mathematics that is based on lunacy, and that's wonderful.

Wow! Feckin' beautiful hunter.. that angle you've chosen at the bolster, and its accentuating reverse at handle end, really sets off the whole knife.., and that unusual cf is stunning!

cheer's mate , the base of the ricasso was a bit of a challenge to get the flow into the bevel , it took a couple of alterations for it to look right
