    Mosaic wa Gyuto

Its been a long time coming but i'm happy to have this 8" mosaic gyuto finally finished today.
Almost 2 years ago the blade was forged when Matt Brook and myself went down to Windy Hollow forge in Bridgetown to do some advanced damascus tuition with our good mates , teachers & mentors Bruce Barnett & Bill Burke , it was a few days of good humour and learning that i'll never forget , after an initial stuff up of the original intended pattern , Bill showed me how to turn it into this mosaic scene of flowers , it has taken this long to finally get a handle on it.
    thanks again guys 🙏🙏🙏🍺🍺🍺
