    Damascus & Bone Gyuto

    Damascus & Bone Gyuto

    255mm (10") 1080/15N20 multibar twisted damascus blade hardened & tempered to 60rc with a full distal taper.
    135mm ( 5 3/8") Stabilised bone handle with G10 liners , 416ss bolsters and pins
    Length overall 395mm (16")

    This one will be for sale on my table at the Perth Knife Show next weekend Feb 2nd & 3rd

    Like retrojet I'd be afraid to go to the Perth show, with knives like these on show I'd need to leave all my cards at home ....
