    my old man has a BM Bone Collector, really nice BM model. I had the fixed blade version but sold it, probably should have kept it as it was a great little fixie.

    Donít worry about it mate, although not always as tender, rump and porterhouse have more flavour than scotch. Enjoy your rump and buy more knives with your savings
